Dashboard tour

A quick map of the Kudoso dashboard so you know where everything lives.

The dashboard is where you run everything: campaigns, testimonials, automation, and settings. Here is what each area is for.

The main areas#

Campaigns

Your home base. Every collection effort lives here. Open a campaign to design its form, review submissions, and grab its embed code.

Contacts

People you collect from. Add them by hand or import a CSV, then use them as the audience for Workflows.

Workflows

Automation. Build flows that react to events, like sending a thank-you email when a testimonial is approved. A Pro feature.

Email Templates

Reusable email designs used by Workflows and invitations. Edit copy and branding once, reuse everywhere.

Team

Invite teammates into your organization and manage their roles. A Pro feature.

Settings

Your organization, email sending setup, and custom domains.

Billing

Your plan, invoices, AI credits, and upgrades.

A note on Pro features#

Some areas, like Workflows, Team, custom domains, and AI analytics, are part of the Pro plan. They are still visible on the Free plan so you can see what they do, but they will prompt you to upgrade before you can use them. See Plans and pricing for the full breakdown.
