Upgrade, view invoices, buy AI credit top-ups, and cancel from the billing area.
Everything to do with money lives in the Billing area of the dashboard: your plan, your invoices, AI credits, and upgrades.
Upgrading to Pro#
Open Billing
Find Billing in the dashboard navigation.
Start the upgrade
Choose to upgrade to Pro. New users start with the 7-day free trial.
Complete checkout
Checkout is handled by Polar, our payment provider. Enter your payment details to finish.
Pro features unlock as soon as the upgrade or trial is active.
Invoices#
Your past invoices are listed in the billing area, so you always have a record for your own accounting.
AI credit top-ups#
Pro includes a monthly allotment of AI credits. If you need more in a given month, you can buy top-up credits as an add-on from the billing area. See AI credits for how credits are spent.
Changing or cancelling your plan#
You can manage your subscription, including switching billing period or cancelling, from the billing portal. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not cut off mid-cycle.
Note
Cancelling is not destructive. Your account moves to Free at the end of the billing period and all your data stays. See the downgrade note in Plans and pricing.
Refunds#
If something is wrong, email [email protected]. There is a 14-day refund window after upgrading.
