Get your collection link in front of customers so testimonials start arriving.

A campaign only collects testimonials once people open its form. The form lives at a public collection link you can share anywhere.

Open the campaign. Its collection link is shown on the campaign page, with a one-click copy button. The link looks like https://kudoso.io/collect/your-campaign-id.

Good ways to share it#

Email a happy customer directly

The highest-converting option. When a customer says something kind in a support thread or a call, reply with the link while the goodwill is fresh.

Add it to your email signature

A quiet, always-on ask. Anyone who already likes working with you sees it.

Drop it in your product

Link it from a "Leave a review" menu item, an onboarding success screen, or a post-purchase page.

Automate the ask with Workflows

Customers do not need an account#

Anyone with the link can leave a testimonial. There is no sign-up, no login, nothing to install. They open the page, record or write, and submit. This is deliberate: friction kills testimonial rates.

Tip

Timing beats volume. One link sent to a customer right after a clear win will out-convert the same link blasted to a whole list.

Using your own domain#

On Pro you can serve the collection form from your own domain, for example reviews.yourbrand.com, instead of kudoso.io. See Custom domains.
