Campaigns

Campaign settings

Brand your collection form, set the thank-you experience, and control campaign behavior.

Campaign settings cover everything about a campaign that is not a form field: its name, its branding, and what happens after a customer submits.

Branding#

Your collection form should feel like your product, not like a generic tool. Settings let you control:

  • Brand color: the accent color used on buttons and highlights. It also becomes the default accent for your embedded widget.
  • Logo: shown at the top of the collection form so customers know who they are leaving a testimonial for.

Tip

Use the same brand color you use on your website. When the collection form and the embedded wall share your real brand color, the whole experience feels native rather than bolted on.

After a customer submits#

When someone finishes a testimonial, they see a thank-you state. Use settings to make that moment count: a warm thank-you message reassures customers their words landed, and you can point them somewhere next.

Renaming and housekeeping#

You can rename a campaign at any time without breaking anything: the collection link and embed code are tied to the campaign's ID, not its name. Deleting a campaign removes its form and testimonials, so treat deletion as permanent.

Warning

Deleting a campaign also removes every testimonial collected under it. Export anything you want to keep first.
