Campaigns
Create a campaign
Create your first campaign, the container for one testimonial collection effort.
A campaign is one collection effort. It has its own form, its own shareable link, and its own pile of testimonials. Most teams keep one general campaign running and spin up extra ones for launches or specific pushes.
Creating one#
Open the campaigns view
From the dashboard, you land on Campaigns by default. This lists every campaign in your organization.
Click New campaign
Use the New campaign button. A short form asks for a name.
Name it
Pick something you will recognize later, for example "Website reviews", "Spring launch", or "Agency client X". You can rename it any time.
Save
Kudoso creates the campaign, generates a collection form with sensible defaults, and gives you a shareable link. You can start collecting immediately.
What you get#
Every new campaign comes with three things ready to use:
- A collection form with a rating, a written testimonial field, a video option, and name and title fields. Tune it in the form builder.
- A collection link, the public URL you share with customers.
- An embed snippet for showing approved testimonials on your site.
How many campaigns should I run?#
Both the Free and Pro plans give you unlimited campaigns. Still, fewer is usually better:
Tip
Use one campaign per place you display testimonials, not one per customer. A single "Website reviews" campaign that feeds your homepage wall is easier to manage than dozens of tiny ones.
