What it shows#
Across your approved testimonials, Kudoso surfaces:
- Sentiment trends: the balance of positive, neutral, and critical testimonials, and how it moves over time.
- Recurring themes: the benefits, features, and phrases customers mention again and again.
Why this is useful#
Your testimonials are honest customer research, written for free, by the people who actually pay you. AI analytics reads them in bulk so you can:
- Find your real value proposition. The benefit customers name most often is the one to lead with on your homepage.
- Spot the strongest proof. If a particular feature draws the warmest language, feature those testimonials on that feature's page.
- Catch a shift early. A drift toward more critical sentiment is a signal worth acting on before it shows up in churn.
Tip
Treat the recurring themes as headline ideas. The phrase customers reach for unprompted will almost always out-perform a slogan you wrote yourself.
How it relates to per-testimonial summaries#
AI analytics builds on the same sentiment and summary data described in AI summaries. Summaries work at the level of one testimonial; analytics rolls them up across the whole set.
