What the Free and Pro plans include, and how the free trial works.
Kudoso has two plans: Free and Pro. Free is genuinely useful on its own; Pro adds automation, AI, and team features.
Free#
The Free plan is built to be lived in, not just sampled. It includes:
- Unlimited campaigns and forms
- Unlimited text testimonials
- Up to 5 video testimonials in total
- The embeddable widget with every layout and theme option
- No credit card required
Pro#
Pro is 19 USD per month. It keeps everything in Free and adds:
- Unlimited video testimonials
- Workflows: automated follow-up emails and alerts
- AI summaries, sentiment, and analytics
- Custom domains, up to 5
- Team members
- AI credits, with the option to top up

Limits that apply on every plan#
One limit is not about plan: every video testimonial can be up to 5 minutes long, on Free and Pro alike. It keeps testimonials sharp and uploads fast.
The free trial#
New users get a 7-day free trial of Pro. During the trial you have full Pro access. After 7 days your card is charged at the plan rate, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Note
Downgrading never deletes anything. Your forms and text testimonials stay unlimited on Free. Only new video testimonials pause once you are back under the 5-video limit.
